December's Home of the Month winner is...

The Marietta Board of REALTORS® would like to congratulate

on being selected as the December Home of the Month winner!

If you consider yourself a connoisseur of festivity then driving by this house should be on your list of things to do this winter. The beautiful lights and decorations paired with the snow make this a classical winter wonderland. Robert purchased the house in 2003 because it checked almost every box for him. When asked about his favorite aspect of the house, Robert mentioned his love for the wraparound porch. He also needed space for his dogs and a neighborhood suitable for walks; the property offered a fenced-in backyard, a screened-in porch, and an unfinished basement for the dogs to enjoy.

What drew him to this opportunity was not only the house itself but also its location. Although he is not originally from Marietta, he spent a significant amount of time in Culpeper, Virginia, which is known for its local shops and sense of community. Marietta, with its rich historical preservation and numerous community events, felt like the perfect match for him. Clearly, both the home and the location fulfilled his desires.
