March’s Home of the Month winner is….
The Marietta Board of REALTORS® would like to congratulate Kelly Bryan of 304 Warren St. as our March Home of The Month!
This month’s featured home belongs to Kelly Bryan, whose passion for restoring character and creating a welcoming space shines through every thoughtful improvement she has made since purchasing the property in April of last year.
When Kelly discovered the home at 304 Warren Street, she immediately saw its potential. The house offered “good bones”, a spacious backyard, and an idea location directly across from the park -a perfect fit for her lifestyle. As the owners of three small dogs, walkability and outdoor space were especially important, and the ability to enjoy strolls through downtown Marietta quickly became one of the home’s biggest selling points.
Since moving in. Kelly has invested significant time and effort into bringing new life to the property. Recent exterior improvements include a brand-new fence, replacing the original one that began to fall apart, new windows for both the house and the garage, fresh exterior paint, new garage doors, and a new roof on the garage. A decorative stone wall now adds curb appeal and character to the front of the home, giving it a refreshed and welcoming appearance.
Inside, renovations continue with an extensive kitchen remodel currently underway. Led by Daniel Bach of Bach Enterprises LLC, the project includes all new cabinetry, lighting, and appliances, transforming the heart of the home while preserving the original flooring to maintain its charm and continuity.
The home itself has an interesting history. It was once built as a “sister house” to the neighboring property, with both homes originally sharing nearly identical designs. Over time, however, the neighboring house experienced a fire and was later rehabilitated, leaving the two homes with their own distinct identities today.
When asked what she loves most about her home, Kelly pointed first to the fresh exterior paint, saying it makes the house feel renewed -almost like a completely new home. Inside, her favorite features are the three fireplaces, one of which is currently operational, with plans to restore the remaining two fireplaces in the future.
The four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home spans 2,215 square feet and reflects not only thoughtful renovation but also a strong sense of community. Kelly expressed special appreciation for her neighbors, who have been supportive and encouraging throughout the renovation process.
For her, being a good neighbor is one of her most important goals, and it shows in the care she has put into both the property and the neighborhood around it.
Through vision, hard work, and a clear love for her home and community, Kelly Bryan has transformed 304 Warren Street into a refreshed and vibrant space that beautifully honors its history while embracing the future.
Congratulations one last time to Kelly Bryan and her beautiful home!
